This 39,400 sq ft medical office building was constructed by Miles & Kelley to serve the adjacent hospital. During the final stages of construction Miles & Kelley also completed 12,000 sq ft of medical office improvements for individual tenants, as well as an additional 14,000 sq ft in the time since the building was completed.
