This new service station covers a 1.4 acre site, and includes a 2,500 square foot convenience store, with food prep areas and refrigerator cases, an 1100 square foot car wash, and a 4,000 square foot fueling canopy.

Work included interior improvements and new fueling facilities, with grading, paving and landscaping to conform to the shopping center's design standards.
